Giving the UI some attention.

Finally starting to give the UI some care and attention, adding some theming that actually fits with the gameplay itself.  I'm using The Stone GUI Kit from the unity asset store and liking the look it is letting me put together so far.  Also helps me feel like this is a real game now.

It's a major step up from the clean but un-themed UI we had before.  Will be expanding this new look to the in level UI over the next few days.
The old UI looked like this - It was an excellent default from 'Top Down Engine' and the mechanics and layout mostly survived for now into the re-themed version above.
